The Firm reserves and intends to exercise the right to review, audit, intercept, access and disclose all messages created, received or sent over the Firm's electronic mail system. The Firm also reserves the right to monitor access to the Internet. Any employee who violates this policy or uses the electronic mail system or Internet access for improper purposes shall be subject to discipline, up to and including discharge.
